How does the work you personally do directly impact patients?
The work that I do impacts patients because I'm in the clinical research department. Data is eventually reported to FDA or is used to support regulatory submissions to get the products on the market. What I do gets the products on the market to be used in patients. How does knowing you're improving people's lives affect what you do?
It's one of the main reasons why I got into clinical research. It's really motivating to know what we do affects peoples' lives. What specific elements of your work are you particularly proud of?
All aspects from case support to monitoring a study, designing the protocol, analyzing the data and reporting the results. Can you share any personal stories or interactions you've had with people who have benefited from an ev3 product you've worked on?
There is a clinical PA who had an aneurysm. She is a phenomenal person. She had an unruptured aneurysm. She didn't know she was living with it. She had an ev3 coil implanted and is now doing very well. It's amazing that I know someone who has one of our products in her head. What motivates you at ev3?
Just coming to work is a dream come true. I've been here for two years, and it's a great place to work. The people are great to work with. I like the work I do. I like the company as a whole.Return to Profiles
