The ev3 Total Rewards Philosophy includes recognition and awards designed to link ev3's business success and employee performance. We truly appreciate our employees and are happy to reward them for a job well done. We believe building employee relationships starts with recognizing great talent.Employee of the Moment
Employees are encouraged to recognize co-workers who positively demonstrate ev3 values through the Employee of the Moment Award. The program provides timely recognition to employees whose performance or behavior exemplifies an ev3 value. Employees will be able to give Employee of the Moment Certificates to any employee who they feel exemplifies an ev3 value. There will be Quarterly drawings for award recipient team lunches.President's Breakthrough Award
The Presidents Breakthrough Award provides semi-annual recognition of up to three employees/teams per division. Employees are encouraged to nominate co-workers/teams that achieve a Breakthrough toward reaching the goals of one of the branches of the ev3 Success Tree. Recipients will win $250.Annual Impact Award
All employees are eligible and 1,000 restricted shares will be given to each award winner along with an engraved plaque.The "Spirit of ev3" Award
This award recognizes two employees from each division who exemplifies the core values of ev3: Customer 1st, Candor, Sense of Urgency, Accountability, Empowerment, Teamwork and Continuous Process Improvement. Nominations for this award can be made by an employee. All nominations will be reviewed by the Awards Committee and two employees per division will be chosen by the Committee to receive the "Spirit of ev3" award.The ev3 "Impact" Award
This award recognizes two employees from each division whose contributions and achievements had an exceptional impact on ev3 VITAL FEW. Nominations for this award can be made by any Manager. All nominations will be reviewed by the Awards Committee and two employees per division will be chosen by the committee to receive the ev3 "Impact" award.The ev3 "Breakthrough Innovation" Award
This award recognizes a single employee from both the PV and NV divisions whose creative and technical contributions and achievement had an exceptional impact on ev3 during the past year. Vice Presidents from R & D, Operations, and Quality will nominate one employee from each division to receive the ev3 "Breakthrough Innovation" award.Our Benefits
